Just like all good businesses, we too, have to justify the fees we charge to our clients. If we get it wrong, either by charging too much or too little, then our business will fail.
When our fees are set correctly, they will earn us credibility and good will.

So, what do we charge and why?

Virtually every project we take on is unique. Some clients wish to start a small business on a fragile budget, others have bigger aspirations and bigger budgets.

We assess every case with an open mind, yet with an eye to affordability. There is no point in putting a clients business in jeopardy at the beginning by making excessive charges for our services.

So, we take the following view....

We look at our prospective clients business plan during the initial
FREE CONSULTATION  - Then calculate the degree of work required to fulfill our agreed deadline and strategy plan.

Next we identify what cost-savings we can make on behalf of the client. We then take a percentage view of those savings to ensure that whatever fee we agree does not erode those savings to our client.

Our whole business ethos is designed to ensure that our clients pay less to get into their business than someone who decides to do all the work for themselves.

In most cases, we almost guarantee this.

Statistics show that most businesses fail in their first year, often due to poor forward planning, under-funding and bureaucracy.

If you have read our
5 STEP PLAN - then you will agree, we give our clients an exclusive and comprehensive amount of support.

A recent case that supports our cost-saving claim involves a client who was going it alone until he hit a brick-wall with his opening license among other things. Tragically, he had already paid 4 months rent whilst waiting to fit out his premises.  Having been unable to trade, his losses were in excess of €7,000 - with no end in sight.

Calida in2 Business would never have allowed this to happen, yet, even though his venture was highly complicated and had capitalisation of €85,000 -
our fees would have been less than half of his €7,000 losses. More importantly he would have been up-and-running and making a profit.

In short, for the average business with capitalisation of €50,000 - our fees would be circa €2,500 (5%). Our clients should expect to save 10% or more by using our services over 12 months.
